Easter

What a beautiful day we had in the QC.  Thankfully the sun was shining when we wokeup.  A quick trip to McDonalds for coffee and oatmeal, then off to HYVEE.  85.00 later and we were headed home for some salad making.  Al did all of the chopping and I did the assembling.  5 bean salad and apple cinnamon salad were both hits with the family, and they were healthy.  Not so for the pie, somemores,more pie, cake bites and chocolate bunnies!  all of it was very yummy and left us feeling very full.....

funny how chocolate bunnies got involved with the resurrection of Jesus Christ, kind of like Santa Claus and the birth of Jesus Christ....Al did have Annabelle, Alan and Holly do a little scripture reading about the resurrection, it was very impromtu and very nice.  

Holly had a heyday with the lipstick and she was in full pink attire on her face, the lips were hysterical she had it all the way down on her chin.  and you know, she absolutely thought she was beautiful!!  so of course she was...
