Easter again

I couldn't let the day pass without talking about Easter again.  Not this year but all the years that we made our way to Panama City for spring break....we celebrated many birthdays at the Palmetto for Karyn and Jayne with the big cookies from the bakery at the PC Mall....and how many Easter Sundays were celebrated there.  Mr Cox would put little Easter "baskets" on the outside window sills of each room filled with candy and I think a bible verse.  All of the presents and chocolate we hauled down there, but in hindsight I wouldn't have missed it for the world.  One year I made lamb cakes, real cakes made with the mold of a lamb, so silly the time and effort I put into those!  We hid the eggs in the unit we were staying in, and we must have dyed eggs too. One year all of the chocolate melted and I had to buy more.  What in the world was I thinking....PC didn't have stores that sold chocolate bunnies at Easter???  Oh well, our trips there are still the times that we talk about, many wonderful memories were made there and I'm excited for out trip this year!
