Deep Tissue Massage

Went to a new chiropractor on Tuesday.  My shoulder has been hurting for some time now and between my shoulder blades was killing me. I have minor headaches on a daily basis and thought it was time to get myself back to a chiro.  The new one that I chose came highly recommeded so I thought why not give it a try.  First thing they did was P.I.E test.  You hold a metal rod and they touch points on your hands and feet to see how your body is functioning.  Surprise, mine doesn't function very welll!!  So I start with an adjustment...now I have had adjustments but this was one of a kind.   really  !   So after that I have acupunture, which was fine, the needles don't hurt, and you get to lay there for 20 minutes.  And then it is time for the Deep Tissue Massage, now this isn't a superficial massage, but one that goes on and on.  by the time I left there I didn't know if I should lay down and sleep or run around the block.  Actually I had to go home and wash my hair and be to work in 45 min.  I made it.  My shoulders were tender to the touch the next day but I went back today and did the same routine and actually my shoulder feels better and I'm not sleepy.  Imagine that.. I am going back next week for some more

I think I would really like to win the lottery.  I know so do millions of others.  I could stay home, buy insurance, cook, sew, paint and all that other fun stuff.....but I usually forget to buy the ticket or I forget to check itr if I do.  MzJones is doing a school ladies night on April 1.  I ordered a few more purses, not many. I just can't decide what I want to do with it,.  I would like my website set up and have people purchase from there....also someone booked a party for the end of April.....and I signed up for a Lia Sophia party so I could get the 78.00 bracelet for 3.00  dumb dumb dumb

It is cold out today and supposed to snow on Saturday, yucky weather!

Went to Joann fabrics today and found they had redone the whole store.  It is great, very much like the store in Peoria.....and I still want to learn how to Cake Decorate, just to see if I can do it....I had a very fun day!
