I had the most pleasant sound wake me up this morning. The beautiful sound of thunder, lightening everywhere and the great sounds of RAIN! it has been a long time between thunderboomers and the one this morning was most welcome. The flowers and trees must be sending up ginat thank yous and there little roots could wiggle their feet again....
Off to another day of work. Really enjoyed my 4 hours yesterday and look forward to the 4 on Friday, but in between I have 8 hours a day....so I had best get my butt moving
Going to see Chad, the physical therapist, about my shoulder. I hope that he has some answers and excercises for me
