A Little Crunchy outside

So we didn't get the snow they predicted but it is a little icy out and sounds very crunchy....Ice is hanging from the trees, which can't be good for them, but it is pretty.  Hopefully the sun will stay out and melt everything and warm the earth here a little.   I am wondering if March will come in like a lion or a lamb..

I am off today and tomorrow and looking forward to a little me time....not asking for a lot but a little. I have a couple of books that I would like to start and some to finish....Usually I can start a book and finish it in a day or to. so either I am slacking or the books haven't been very interesting....maybe a little of both.

I started on the pillows for the living room and they are going to be cute...cutting the fabric in strips and making it quilt like for one of them and the other may be strips on the diaganol....haven't decided yet...but I am taking my time and doing a little at a time
